As we exercise our gifts we sometimes can overwork ourselves and we end up depleted and lifeless. This could be from the burdens we carry, or, responsibilities we carry for others that are difficult to now let go. So this week we will be clearing and healing these energies that are dragging us down.

Although letting go could be a challenge, it is always easier when we gather information on how to do it. Therefore our breakout room leaders will support you to surrender and let go so you can regain your energy and live your Life.
